The two-piece design comes has an outer plate with self-adhesive foam for easy attachment of business cards or name tags, and an inner plate with strong neodymium magnets that tucks underneath your clothing to secure the badge in place. Simply peel off the adhesive tab and adhere the name tag to the outer plate. and tuck the inner plate under your clothing and you are ready to go!

Each component of these name badge magnets are designed to maximize the holding force while keeping the size down. Super strong neodymium magnets in the back plate are arranged in alternating polarity in order to form a magnetic circuit that enhances their strength.
Product Advantages
Crosshatches are present on the surface of the stainless steel front plate which creates extra grip to prevent heavier name badges from slipping and sliding when used with smoother fabrics and materials. On the back of the front plate is a pre-applied strip of heavy-duty double-sided foam tape which is excellent when used on smooth surfaces. Strong and weatherproof, once a name badge is assembled you never have to worry about it falling apart.
