The two-piece design comes has an outer plate with self-adhesive foam for easy attachment of business cards or name tags, and an inner plate with strong neodymium magnets that tucks underneath your clothing to secure the badge in place. Simply peel off the adhesive tab and adhere the name tag to the outer plate. and tuck the inner plate under your clothing and you are ready to go!

On the back of the front plate is a pre-applied strip of heavy-duty double-sided foam tape which is excellent when used on smooth surfaces.
