Magnetic Grids

Structure:
Magnetic grids are formed by fixing magnetic rods to different shapes and sizes according to different application requirements using stainless steel plates.

Applications:
Magnetic grids can be installed in feeding hoppers, discharge ports, conveying pipelines, etc. When materials flow through the magnetic grid, iron impurities are firmly adsorbed onto the magnetic rods, thereby purifying the materials and protecting the safe operation of downstream equipment. Magnetic grids can be used to filter fine iron impurities entrained in powders, granules, liquids, and gases. They can be applied in both wet and dry production processes. They are widely used in the food, pharmaceutical, textile, chemical, waste, and wastewater treatment industries.

Features:

1.The frame and pipes are made of 304 or 316L stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant and pollution-free. Magnetic rod diameters are available in Φ15.9, Φ19.1, Φ22, Φ25, Φ28, Φ32, Φ38, and Φ50 specifications.

2.A standard magnetic grid consists of a metal frame and magnetic rods of different diameters arranged at 50mm center-to-center intervals, then assembled with screws or welded together. 3. The surface can be polished to meet food or pharmaceutical grade requirements.

3.Standard operating temperature ≤80℃; under special requirements, the operating temperature can reach 350℃.

4.Standard type, easy-to-clean type, type with guide bars or guide plates, square, round, and other special specifications required by the customer can all be provided.

 Maintenance:
It is not recommended to place the magnetic rack in an environment exceeding the rated operating temperature, as high temperatures will cause a decrease in magnetic force. Avoid damaging the stainless steel surface of the magnetic rod. Once the stainless steel surface is damaged, the internal magnets will oxidize upon contact with moisture and air, reducing performance and drastically shortening their lifespan.
